How do I disable people's email address from showing on comments?

  I am keen to have email addresses of the people who comment as I run competitions so that I can contact them, but I don’t like the fact that their email address is then displayed can I turn this off.

  Jo – the email address isn’t displayed anywhere publicly: just in the dashboard for your use – can you point me to the page which is troubling you?
