How do I disable the comment forms at the bottom of my pages?

  Hello.

  I am having trouble disabling the comment forms at the bottom of my wordpress.com site. The only page that I want to allow comments on is my blog page — the other pages shouldn’t have this option.

  I have tried to uncheck various boxes in the “Discussion” window under “settings”, but nothing seems to work.

  Note – I just have the basic membership, so cannot access the CSS files of my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  You can remove the comment box without the use of CSS. You’ll want to navigate to the Edit Page screen for each page like this:

  https://ryanscharferde.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=16&action=edit

  Then, scroll down and uncheck the option shown here:

  Alternatively, you can use the Bulk Edit option to disable comments across many pages like this:
