How do I disable the "Comments" from my pages?

  I have read all the “Help” topics regarding the subject, but I do not have an option on my pages to disable comments. Please advise. Thank you.

  If you edit the page titled “home” on your site, you should see a “Discussion” module in the page editing window.
  There you can disable the comments.

  If you don’t see the “Discussion” module, it’s probably disabled in your screen option, which you can access by the link in the top right corner of your post editing screen.
