how do i disable two step authentication

    I have tried to get into my wordpress account from my phone to post from my phone but it won’t let me in because I have that two-step authentication. I tried to follow their directions to get in by using a code but even though it sent me the code I still could not get in. It just sent me around in circles.

    I like having the code, but I also want to be able to post from my android. Also, I can’t find any directions on disabling the two step authentication process.

    For the app, are you using the application specific password as seen here?

    Please use that to get in from your mobile device if you are using the WordPress Android App.
