How do I disconnect an old site and connect a new one?

    Hi,

    I want to disconnect a wordpress site – csvpositivefutures.wordpress.com – from my Jetpack.

    I looked at the instructions here – https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/#remove-active-site.

    But where the instructions say “Find the Diconnect Site link”… there is no such link on my page. There seems to be no other way to disconnect it.

    I need to disconnect it so I can add a new one and then sign up to Videopress.

    Hi there!

    To be able to see the settings page for that particular website you’ll need to have your JetPack on that site updated to the most recent version. You can visit the site and make sure that JetPack is updated.

    Back to following the directions in the link there:
    – When you click on “Settings” and are on the “Settings” page, at the top of the page there should be tabs across the top “General” “Writing” “Discussion” “Security”.

    You want to be on the “General” tab which should be the tab you are on by default.

    Below the “JetPack Status” section there should be a section “JetPack Connection”

    In red in that section there should be a “Disconnect Site” option.

    Are you able to get to the settings page? Are you able to see the “JetPack Connection” section? Is there anything in that section?

    We’ll do our best to figure this out! Let me know what you’re seeing.
