How do I disconnect the website designer/administrator

    I appreciated the web designer– he did most of the site. He says he is finished and I found someone less expensive who can do last bits. I don’t want to share the site administration now with the former great website designer– as our business is finished and I explained I wouldn’t want to have his company involved after the designing was finished. He said it is done now. His name is Virgil Vergara, site administrator at possibly both of my sites still, even though I have asked him to now remove. (email visible only to moderators and staff) Would you please be able to remove him as the administrator of my sites? We have completed our business connection and I have different hosting service taking over. The current world situation and income is an influence in choosing less expensive hosting options also. Thank you.

    Your sites are not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.

    Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:

    Note that they won’t be able to remove this user for you either, as they don’t have any access to your site’s dashboard. They can only offer advice – any changes you’ll need to make yourself.
