How do I display excerpts of Posts in the search/archive

    I want to display excerpts of Posts instead of the full post when I do a search.

    For example, when I go to https://mark569.wordpress.com/tag/edu-edu/ I see the full text of all posts with tag edu-edu. How do I see all the posts as excerpts, and ideally in masonry style.

    I’m using the 2016 WP theme, which I like for how simple it is, and would like to keep that if possible. But if not, I’d be willing to change for a free theme that could do this.
