How do I display posts through links?

I want my blog to display in the following way:
I want the post the reader is viewing displayed in isolation.
To the top left I want the previous post’s title, hyperlinked to the previous post.
To the top right, I want the next post’s title, hyperlinked to the next post.
Like this: http://themattwalshblog.com/2014/06/19/dear-single-men-time-man-figure/
except that Matt’s links are at the bottom of his posts, which would be fine, too.
Can this be done?

That is not as far as I’m aware a theme which is available for WordPress.com. That said, if you are good at CSS editing, you could probably do that with the custom Design upgrade. Then again, a few themes already have that built in.
