How do I do a DNS tools update, after upgrade to premium on free trial

  I’ve done a premium upgrade free trial. I want to change from http://cogitoergomum.wordpress.com to http://cogitoergomum.com
  I can see i have both of these domains.

  When I go to upgrades, it says DNS requires updating for cogitoergomum.com. I know I need to do the following steps:

  “Using the DNS tools provided by your domain registrar, remove any existing nameservers and add the following:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM”

  But I don’t know where to enter it.
  Sorry, I am sure it is obvious, but I can’t work it out.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have purchased the domain mapping for cogitoergomum.com, but the domain is currently registered to a Mark Richards according to the Whois registry:

  http://who.is/whois/cogitoergomum.com

  If this isn’t you or someone you know, then you may have purchased the wrong thing, thinking that you were registering the domain name. You still have the “.me” version of the domain, which is great.

  I’ll be happy to cancel and refund you for the domain mapping of the .com if you let me know whether or not it was a mistake!

  OK. Yes, I will go to the .me version. That is fine.
  I am trying to do all of this via the free trial of the premium upgrade. Is that OK?

  PS. I have also just learned about domain flipping:

  Am I meant to pay him a load of money to get the .com domain back? Not that it matters. I am happy being .me :-)

  Hi Abby,

  You can indeed use the free trial to get your domain however at the end of your free trial if you have purchased a domain you would need to decide what to do with that domain and if you wanted to purchase it or let it go.

  In regards to your question about domain flipping, that can be a very risky situation. We do not take part in any aspect of third party domain transactions, and so you would definitely be proceeding at your own risk.
