How do I do it?

    Hi. I’m an Administrator on a WordPress blog that I did not create. The one who added me to the Admin list has disappeared. I would like to add a plugin to WordPress that allows me to embed Audio into the pages of my blog. I’ve downloaded the plugin but I am unsure as to where to upload it. I’m not even certain I have the authority to do so. I can fully add/delete and edit posts, add new content and coding schemes; but I don’t see anything relevant pertaining to plugins. Would someone kindly tell me what I need to click on in order to add a plug-in, if in fact I have the authorization? Thank you very much in advance.

    We don’t deal with plugins at WordPress.com. You can only do that on a self-hosted blog through WordPress.org.
