how do i do live chat? i need help

don’t email my site account email its wrong. that’s the problem, i can’t change it, it says my new email is already being used

Hi there, LiveChat is available for WordPress.com sites that have an upgrade plan. For free WordPress.com websites, support is given here in our community forums.
If you are getting that error message when trying to change your account email address it means you have another WordPress.com account that you may have inadvertently opened at some point.
If you don’t want the other account and/or don’t remember the account password, the easiest way to resolve this is by first logging out of this account you are using to post here in the community forums and then from the WordPress.com log-in page sending yourself a one-time log-in email or password reset using the email address of the other account.
Once you have access to your other account, you’ll first need to change that account’s email address to something else.
You must change the email address in that account, otherwise you won’t be able to update the email address you want to use for this account (chayagusfield) for 30 days.
After changing and confirming the email address change for the other account, if you wish to do so, you can delete the unneeded account, which also deletes any websites associated with it by following this guide https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
Once this is done, log back in to your chayagusfield account and change the email address to the one you wanted to use.
