How do i do this
-
in my post i want it to behave in such a way that when a user click’s on this more text comes there at that same location.
how do i do this? -
What you want is called creating a link out of a string of text.
Read this FAQ → http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/07/01/how-to-write-links/
Just follow the directions in this page.

No i know how to create a link.
what im trying to get is that when a user clicks on some text more text comes at that same place -
I understand now, that would require CSS…for example something like → http://www.tjkdesign.com/articles/dropdown/
You would need the css upgrade.

which is a Paid upgrade?
Yes, it is $15.
You want to be able to click and then a whole bunch of text will appear below where you just clicked…right? Sort of cascading down?

thank you,
but when i try this in a test page this is how the html looks likeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
<!–more–>
To customize the message, simply add a space after <!–more, and turn it into something like this…
<!–more But wait, there’s more–>
asssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
but when i publish and preview it, it looks exactly the same but without the more tags how do i solve this??
-
ok i got it, it is usefull only on the front page and not on the page of the post so is there any way of doing it without any upgrades?

@joemel
Please become familiar with the FAQs so you can locate your own answers quickly, rather than waiting for fellow bloggers answering forum questions doing that for you http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/javascript-can-i-use-that-on-my-blog/
Thanks :-)
