How do I downgrade my bundlle?

  My bundle is set to expire on October 28. I don’t need the Value Bundle that I paid for previously; I didn’t use all the premium features. I attempted to “cancel” the bundle in order to select options to renew individually, but when I followed the e-mail link for confirmation of the cancellation, I received the error message to contact support. I really would like to go ahead and select the features I want to keep so there is no interruption in service. How would I go about doing that?
