How do I downgrade my plan?

  I may be killing this off but not yet. It’s set to auto renew on Premium which I don’t want anymore. What do I do?

  Hi there,

  Your account does not own any upgrades. The Premium Plan on your site belongs to the username, yarmaz, so we will need to be contacted from that username before we can disable auto-renew or downgrade/cancel the plan for you.
