The blog linked to your username has no blogger created content http://cuckoomamma.wordpress.com/ There is not FTP access to free hsoted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party theme. The only themes we can use are found here > Appearance > Themes
If you are asking about a WordPress.org install then you need to post to the correct forum http://wordpress.org/support/ as we do not provide support here for local installs of WordPress.
