How do I download a new theme to my page?

  Hello
  I have a theme downloaded onto my computer but i dont know how to make it apply to my page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Download a theme? Sounds like a WordPress.ORG blog.
  This forum is for WordPress.COM blogs only.

  Themes can only be installed on WordPress.ORG blogs. All the themes you can use can be found under appearance:
  Dashboard => Appearance => Themes
