How do I easily add wordpress to a website that is hosted by mecca.com

I have a website hosted by mecca.com. In the past I’ve uploaded dreamweaver pages to my file manager but I’ve heard advice to make it a wordpress because it is fresher. I don’t understand php or mysql or databases,. I also want it to be different than the blog I currently have.
