How do i edit a widget?

As of right now, I have a totally free account and my dashboard has a lot less than it would if i had a paid account and somehow when setting up the account i made a text box widget that had an incorrect email address in it. Can you help me edit this widget?

Hi there,
In case you aren’t aware, you can also access dashboard by typing /wp-admin at the end of your sites URL. Some prefer using that dashboard.

Every account has a dashboard whether you have a paid account or not.
