How do I edit an existing Tag?

I changed the name on my blog, due to someone else having the exact same name. My original welcome page tag still has the original name. How do I edit this tag, or delete it and replace it via android phone?

My original welcome page tag still has the original name.
It’s not clear what you’re referring to. The site https://mikewilliamspoetry.wordpress.com/ displays the latest posts on the front page. It doesn’t have a welcome page. Also, page tags are not displayed on the Gateway theme.
Do you mean that you want to change the site title, Poetry & Prose?
