How do I edit metatages

I want to add meta tags. How do I do this. Specifically, I want to add the following to all of my pages <script>

Users at WordPress.com are not given access to add meta tags. However, you can verify your site with Google through their Webmaster tools which can help to provide some additional information about your site traffic. Steps to do that can be found here:
