how do I edit my biography on the side bar?

  I tried going to Plug-ins but still not sure how to get to an edit section on the “biography?” I just want to change information, not delete

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are using the aboutme widget.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/about-me/
  It seems you go to the site and sign in to make changes there.
