How do I edit my RSS feed?

I am trying to figure out how to edit my actual coding in my RSS Feed? I have uploaded my podcast onto iTunes but the description is too short so I want to rewrite it. The photo incorporated with the podcast is also the WordPress logo for some odd reason, so I would like to also change it to my own. I heard the only way to do this is through editing the feed, so I was wondering how I could do that.

The iTunes description is pulled from your site’s tagline – I checked your site today and this is your current tagline:
2 women, one computer, endless insanity! We consider ourselves a culture/current events podcast, and talk about everything from alcoholism to zebra mating habits. Basically, we are the Seinfeld of podcasts.
That tagline is also showing up under your podcast description on iTunes. If you change that, iTunes should pick up the change after you publish your next episode.
WordPress.com is a multi-user blogging platform. Since all of our blogs share a common architecture, users are not able to access or edit the feed metadata. With the album art, since that requires editing the metadata, that isn’t able to be customized at this time.

Ahhh I see regarding the metadata. And that’s so weird! Thanks for letting me know though, because my iTunes doesn’t have ANYTHING updated and shows it bland as it was before. I appreciate the help :)
