How do I edit the "Contact" section

Hi,
I have searched for a while and cannot find how to edit the contact section that is part of the initial design.
I have seen how to change the “links” section, but not the “Contact”. The theme is twenty ten.
It seems it should be easy enough, but clearly I’m missing it!

That’s a text widget in your sidebar and you can access and edit the text in it here > Appearance > Widgets

Thank you for the information, however I must be blind as I can’t see anything on my dashboard or left side column labeled appearance or widget. Not to be a pain, but could you please give me a step by step on where to find this.

Got it! Thanks! I forgot we made one username for us to be Administrators and I already had my own and have been logging in under that one…I knew I was missing something obvious! Thanks again for your time in responding! Got it fixed!
