How do I edit the content of my follower's notification emails?

I would like to edit the content of the email notifications of my posts that is sent to my followers. I want the notification emails sent to them to only contain a teaser with a link for them to click on to read more, and not the entire post.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you go to Settings ->Reading in your dashboard there’s a setting that reads: For each article in a feed, show . Select the option, Summary, next to that and save settings. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/reading-settings/
That way only the first few lines of a post will be emailed along with a link to the full post.
