How do I edit the descriptions for the theme options on my homepage?

  Hi, I’m having a problem on my homepage with the descripions for the theme options. I’m wondering if there’s any way to create custom descriptions rather than just have it paste several lined from the pages, or if I can at least shorten or remove the text it shows.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The text you are referring to is known as an excerpt. To edit the excerpt, select the page you want to edit. Go to the right of the page editor, click More Options then enter text into the Excerpt box.
