How do I edit the email summary of new blog posts sent to blog followers?

  How do I ensure that the email notifications my readers receive whenever I post a new new blog entry contain only the first part of my blog post (and not see the entire post via the email sent)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go here > Settings > Reading and choose the “summary” setting for your RSS feed
