How do I edit the footer/header(?) on my blog?

  I’m taking over a previous blog and am unfamiliar with the particular layout. (It’s the “Structure Theme”). Beneath the main page’s post, “2012 Festival of Lights” reads along the almost bottom right side. As you click on to other Pages, “2012 Festival of Lights” reads along the almost top right side.

  How can I edit this to say “2013 Festival of Lights”?

  Go to > Settings > General and edit the site title and then click “save changes”

  The date in question isn’t listed on the Site Title or Tagline.
