How do I edit the front page if I cannot see it in my pages in dashboard?

My site has About Art Photography on the front page. I want it gone and I’m not sure how it got there and how to get it off. I cannot find a way to edit it. My website is http://www.ashleytiltonphotographer.wordpress.com/

Appearance > Theme Options: delete the text from the Welcome message field, click Save Options.
