How do I edit the header under my blog title?

Where it says, “Just another wordpress.com Weblog” ? I have no idea how.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In your dasboard and on the left sidebar where it says Settings, click that and where it says Tagline, either edit it to what you want or delete it. Don’t delete the blog title because that hurts blogs on Google. Click Save Changes at the bottom and you’re done.
