How do I edit the menu?

Since you changed things, I can’t get the menu to work. I was trying to change something & now it’s all mess up. How can I make the menu the way I want it–it’s trying to add every page and I don’t want that. The way I had it before, there was a menu on the home page and a sub-menu that let readers choose the chapters. I wanted to change the title from the working title to the final title, but I couldn’t find any way to change it, so I ended up deleting the menu & trying to start over. Now the whole thing is an ungodly mess and I can’t figure out how to make it work anymore. It used to be simple, but now you’ve made it harder and you don’t seem to have any instructions ANYWHERE. I’ve looked and can find nothing that will actually explain how to edit the menu. When I try to click on things, nothing happens. Why did you change something that was simple and effective and make it horrible, frustrating and unusable? I’m really hating WordPress since you changed it.

I don’t know what you mean by “since you changed it”. When was the last time you logged in? I’m asking because there have no been any changes to custom menus that I am aware of.

They changed the dashboard a while back. This is the first time I have done anything with the menu since then. For some reason, it was adding ALL the pages even though I hadn’t clicked on ‘select all’ and there was no way to remove anything that was added in. I finally managed to get it to stop and allow me to select what I wanted on the menu after deleting the new menu twice. I don’t like the new dashboard and I still don’t see any way to remove items from the menu without deleting the entire menu and starting over.
