How do I edit the sidebar on my home page?

    edit the sidebar
    I cannot edit the sidebar. I am not sure why the whole sidebar is called a widget. I would like to add the FB and Twitter buttons, and remove the meta field. Isn’t there a way to just edit the sidebar/portlet?

    Hi Marcia,

    I’m sorry that this response has taken so long! We’ve been a bit behind with tickets, but we’re catching up!

    I took a look at your site, and went ahead and removed the Meta Widget for you (all you need to do is drag and drop it out of your side bar if you don’t want it there). It should now be gone from your website.

    I also noticed that your Facebook widget isn’t working. The reason for that is because that particular Facebook widget is only good for Facebook pages (as opposed to Facebook profiles, which most people have). If you have a Facebook Page for your cause, you may want to put that address in the URL box, otherwise this isn’t going to work correctly for you, I’m afraid.
