How do I edit/delete posts in WordPress?

I cannot edit/delete posts on my WordPress and have it register on my page. Also, there is one blog on my site that is not in my WordPress. How do I locate this blog?

And in regards to your other question, could you give me some more information about what you mean about a blog on your site that is not in your WordPress? Could you respond directly with a link perhaps to what you are speaking about?

For instance, if you go here: http://ikillfat.com/blog/ you will see the 3rd blog down is entitled “8 Reasons Why Your Personal Trainer Sucks.” That blog cannot be found in my dashboard when I sign in. Why is that?
Also, that link doesn’t answer my question on why I can’t edit my posts through my WordPress dashboard and have the changes register on my website. Any suggestions?

Actually, your link clears a few things up! Your site ikillfat.com is hosted with a third party company. It is still a WordPress site, but it is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than a WordPress.com one. The differences are explained here:
Now you do have a site which is with us, but that site is here:
So any updates you do in our interface are going to that site.
So to answer your question, unfortunately I have no way of knowing where articles on the ikillfat.com site are coming from. You will need to log in to your account there and review the settings. If you’re unsure as to how, you may need to contact whoever set it up for you.
