How do I either get my money back, OR get what I paid for!? HELP

    This is no help at all! I asked for a refund as soon as I paid and to date, I still didn’t get one. Now my site is asking me if I want to sign up for Premium??? This is what I have already bought, then asked for a refund, and still haven’t got either!!! I tried to reply to a message I got from a team member helping me to understand how I get my own domain name and the link brings me back to a support page bearing no relevant answers to my question. this is what I got https://celestevanweijedotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=domains&action=search_form

    No help at all! Please, someone tell me whats going on. I haven’t even written a blog post and already this is bad service! I have a reference number for my purchase, it has gone out of my bank account, yet there is nothing in my biling history, and I want the Premium service that I have paid for.

    Hi @celestevanweije,

    Currently, I don’t see any purchases tied to your current account or to your blog celestevanweije.wordpress.com. Did you potentially make the purchases on a different blog under a different account? Do you have any other accounts at WordPress.com?

    I have only just seen your email. Thank you for the response.

    You do not see my payment because it does not appear in my billing screen in wordpress either. No, I do not have any other accounts, this is the first blog page I have ever attempted to open. Yes, the money has come out of my account, the reference is quoted a ‘WPCHRG.COM 8772733049 and the amount of $99 was taken from my account on 2nd of June, 2014.

    I originally just wanted a Premium account, but now I am so upset about this process and how it has been handled and I am not satisfied with WordPress as a first-time experience and customer, so I would prefer you please refund the money.
