How do I email wordpress? I cannot login and therefore cannot use live chat.

Hello,
My best advice would be to use the Account Recovery Form. You will need a transaction ID or the Activation ID from when you first created the account (the email that was sent to you when the account was first created) to verify that you own the account. The link for information on this is below.

As @correspondwithjohn mentioned, to regain access to your account you’ll want to fill the Account Recovery form.
