How do I embed a video (created on and hosted by a server elsewhere) using HTML?

    I have created videos at a site called Proclaim/Net Briefings, and I would like to be able to move the finished products into my wordpress blog.

    When I try (whether on MAC or PC) a blank orange box appears temporarily before disappearing.

    Can you help get this videos into a blog post properly?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
