How do I embed an mp3 into my blog?

  I would like to embed an mp3 onto my blog. I’ve found the codes for some nice looking players from google, yahoo and the such, but wordpress dosnt want to accept the code. Does anyone know any sources they do like? i know they’re fussy about videos and only really accept youtube.
  also, can anyone recommend good mp3 hosts, since im uploading this mp3 myself. the hosts i use always seem to suck.

  Re hosts, I’d recommend FileDen. Re audio players, you mean the player provided by wordpress won’t do for you?
