How do I embed my wordpress.com blog into my squarespace page?

We are building a SquareSpace site for our farmers market organization, and I would love to use their “Embed Block” feature to embed my three farmers market wordpress.com blogs into that site. However, when I tried to do that, it said, “URL’s format not supported.”
Is there are way, or a setting or something to change, that will let me do this? I’d like to keep the blogs on wordpress.com.

I wish I could assist, but I don’t know the requirements that Squarespace has for its embed codes. If you were embedding content here, I’d have answers, but I’m not familiar with that other platform.
If you can ask Squarespace what they need, perhaps I can be of further assistance.
If Squarespace doesn’t allow WordPress.com embeds, you might consider exporting your content from our servers and import it Squarespace.

Okay, I think, after disappearing down countless rabbit holes and getting a lot of useful, if not able ultimately able to solve my problem, info from SquareSpace, I think maybe I at least have a better idea of the right-ish question to come back and ask you.
Is there a particular URL I can use for the feed from my blog, so that I can use a Code Block in SquareSpace to embed that feed into our SquareSpace page? See, when I use that normal URL, it brings up the entire blog page. But I don’t need that. It’s too much. I need the Post Feed only. Is there a way to get a URL for that?
