How do I enable auto renewal for a domain mapping?
-
The domain mapping for a blog I’m administrator on (http://baptistbuilder.org/) expired last month, but I was never notified. I was able to renew it, but in the “My Domains” page it still lists it at “expiring” next February. I can’t find any option to make it auto renew, but the purchase screen said I should be able to. Is this because I’m not the blog’s owner? (I couldn’t really find documentation for auto renewal)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi David,
It looks like the domain mapping is in another account (the owner of the site). Please log into that account and update the credit card by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard. You can also enable the auto-renewal there.
Cheers!

Is there no way to set auto-renewal from my account? The person that owns the account is no longer going to be involved with the blog so they are actually going to transfer ownership to me.

What I can do is email the owner of the upgrade to confirm the transfer of the upgrade to your account. Then, you would be able to set the auto-renewal from your account. Let me know if that is how you would like to proceed.

Hi there,
It looks like it has already been transferred. You can now set it by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard.
Cheers!
