How do I enable breadcrumb e.g thread on my wordpress site (Soho theme)

  I want to test options for adding a breadcrumb or thread so the users can go backwards from prior page history or at minimum prior page. Is there a way to do this in wordpress using Jetpack and/or Soho theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
