How Do I Enable the Previewing of Comments?

Hi.
I need help enabling or installing some way for commenters to preview their comments before posting. It’s a basic and much asked-for function, but I can’t find an option to enable it on WordPress. (It’s a default option on Typepad, which I used for 15 years.) Is there a plug-in or some setting I’ve overlooked? I’m new to WordPress and any help would be appreciated.

Two different wordpress types are wordpress.com and wordpress.org
