How do I enable the RSS on my blog so that I can stream it from my website?

  I’m trying to stream my blog from my personal website. Go Daddy customer support said I needed to enable my RSS? Anyone know what that means or how to do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
