How do I enable the search feature to find my blogs by tag?

I’ve been tagging my recent blogs, but when I put the tag keywords that I’ve used in the search window it is not finding and returning the blogs that have those tags in them.
Is it not working? Or what do I need to do to enable the search feature to find my blogs by tag so they return in the search results?
