How do I enable the "unified comment form" that includes FB, Twitter login"?

    “Here at WordPress.com you and your visitors can use your Facebook, Twitter or WordPress.com account to leave comments. This unified comment form including Facebook and Twitter login is active on all WordPress.com blogs.”

    Question: How do I make this work? I don’t see a Widget that does this. I’m looking for a way for people to click on a social media icon and post about the blog, preferably at the end of each blog. THANK YOU!
