How do I figure out who is viewing my blog?

  Is there any way to figure out who is viewing my blog? Got a nasty troll who is sending me nasty emails (to my personal email-not anything linked to the blog). I suspect she is the one responsible for the uptic in my page views on the Stats section.
  How can I tell for sure if it is her? Is there a way to do it via IP address?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
