How do I file content under menu headings correctly?

  I’m trying to file my content on my blog correctly eg reviews under the review tab, stories under the story tab and can’t work out how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You need to assign to each blog post a category (review, stories, etc.) and create a menu containing these categories.
