how do I find a blog that I started setting up months ago but never got very far

I started setting a blog up a few months ago and don’t know where to find it. My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the title of the blog?
What is the URL starting with http:// for the blog?
Do you remember either one?
Did you register the blog under the same username you posted with here today?
If not then what is the username account that registered the blog? -
I actually found what I started but don’t like the URL – how can I change that? I don’t know the title of the blog! I cannot remember the user name I set up. I am so computer illiterate – please forgive me!

To register a username account here one provides an email address and that email address becomes the unique identifier for the username account. Blogs belong to the person with the username account that registered the blog in question. In order to change the URL you have to be logged in under the exact username account that registered the blog in question.
