How do I find a list of blogs I already follow?

  How can I find a list of blogs that I have followed?

  I don’t use my reader every day, in fact I usually go for months without reading any of the posts on my reader. My problem is that some of the blogs I follow don’t post at regular intervals, and sometimes I would like to check up on how they are going. But because I haven’t seen them in a long time, I have forgotten the name of the blogs. I just know that at one point I followed them. And because they don’t post regularly, I can’t just go to my reader and expect to find them there.
