How do I find a theme similar to this specific website I found?

Does any one know how can i find a similar tempate to this one?
I am trying to find one with a carousel on the head or even better with “latest news” field but nothing!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

That site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor does it use the open wordpress.org, so it’s hard to find a similar theme. Best would be to find a more or less similar theme and adjust it to your needs.
