How do I find and add pay-per-clicks?

  I am new to blogging and want to make money from my blog. I notice blogs have links to other sites when you click on a word in the blog. How do I find sites to link that pay-per-click and hyperlink them to words on my blog?

  You can’t advertise on a wordpress.com blog. Please read this carefully http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/12/08/adsense/
  However, you can hire a web host, download a free template from http://wordpress.org and advertise all you want.
