how do I find emails of all the followers

1. You can find info on your followers via a link to your followers list near the bottom-left corner of the Site Stats section of your blog’s Dashboard, but not all will display their email address.
2. You can do that through Google Apps for Domains following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/google-apps-email/
3. You could post it in a page, post, text widget, or try a contact form: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
